Suhag began her career in pharmaceutical manufacturing but found that documenting cleanroom practices was easier than
following them! She has two decades of experience in writing for high tech and the health sciences and has managed teams of writers on docs projects
ranging from RFID to medical monitoring systems. Suhag holds an MS from Purdue and an MM from Willamette. She speaks
at industry events and conducts corporate and university training. One of these days she may even get around
to becoming an STC or AMWA member.
Consultant to Teclarity, Barbara Klare began her career as a computer programmer for British
Petroleum. She has worked in technical communications for over
twenty years, designing and developing documents for startups
to Fortune 500 companies. Her writing process has been cited
in the ACM Journal of Computer Documentation.
A Senior Member of STC,
she has won awards for manual design.
